Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are considered final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at snacks@evova.ca with your order number and photos of the issue.
Order issues and delivery problems
If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation so we can investigate with the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and may not be able to be cancelled once placed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at snacks@evova.ca and we will do our best to assist.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
